Individually, they are gravitational forces,
For good and for change.
Collectively, they embody our shared true north.
They stand with us.
They are the best of us.
They are the stars among us.
On November 17th, we will all shine brighter together.

Join us as we celebrate the 2022 Leadership Excellence Awards. It is a special event of the highest order, a joyous celebration, and, after more than three years apart, a homecoming. A time to reconnect and re-embrace who we stand with and what we stand for — as individuals and as a community — as we recognize “The Stars Among Us.”

THE EXPERIENCE

Just imagine your beautifully curated LEA experience on SCMSDC’s biggest night of the year …

Walking the Red Carpet …
Posing for paparazzi …
Being interviewed by “Joan Rivers” …
And then entering the magical garden-like setting of the Welcome Reception for cocktails and intimate networking with our honorees, sponsors, and board members.

That’s just the beginning for an evening of inspiration, celebration, and music that promises to bring us to our feet all night long.

OUR SPECIAL GUEST

Ying McGuire

Straight from the record-breaking NMSDC 50th Anniversary Conference & Exchange earlier this month, Ying McGuire, CEO & President of NMSDC, will be our very special guest for the evening.

THE ENTERTAINMENT

Roderick Chambers

Though Roderick Chambers has been a professional musician for more than 20 years, America first fell in love with him on Season 18 of “The Voice.” From Brian McKnight’s “Back to One” and Billie Eilish’s “When the Party’s Over” to Childish Gambino’s “Redbone” and Robin Thicke’s “Lost Without U,” Roderick’s flawless vocalizing took him all the way to the live playoffs … and now to Hollywood and the Leadership Excellence Awards.
